Aero Mate – Sign-Up & Sign-In Guide
This guide explains how to create an Aero Mate account using our secure Microsoft Entra External ID (local account) sign-up flow.
Users can register with just their email address. No password is required.
You simply enter your email, receive a one-time verification code, and sign in.
1. Open the Aero Mate Portal
Go to:
https://portal.aeromate.eu

Click Sign up to begin.
2. Enter Your Email Address
You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft-hosted Aero Mate authentication page.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Send verification code.

3. Check Your Email for the Code
Microsoft Entra will send a six-digit verification code to your inbox.
- Look for a message titled “Your verification code”.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

4. Enter the Verification Code
Return to the portal and:
- Enter the 6-digit code you received.
- Click Verify code.
- Click Continue to complete your sign-up.

5. You’re Signed In!
Once verified, your Aero Mate account is created automatically and you will be signed in to the portal.
You can now use all features available to your user role.
